Gym Classes

The BIG Health and Fitness team deliver specialist gym classes for a wide range of clients, with differing needs. We adapt our classes to ensure that each member can be fully included, whilst also taking into account their health needs and any worries or fears they may have. Our ethos is one of inclusion, empathy, understanding and patience. Take care of your body, and it will take care of your mind, and vice-versa. Attending a fitness class assists with the release of endorphins. They’re an opportunity to meet new people, socialise and add some movement into the daily routine.
