What is BIG Pump?
BIG Pump is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, it gives you a total body workout.

Who can do BIG Pump?
Absolutely anyone can join the BIG Pump class. Most beginners start on very light weights and increase steadily.
What can I expect from a BIG Pump workout?
You will perform a 45 minute long workout with a class of people whilst timing repetitions to music. Your BIG Pump instructor will take you through a warm up with light weights initially to get you ready for the intense workout.
You then complete a muscle and cardio workout that is a suitable intensity to individual needs using a barbell. Each of the major muscle groups are worked in turn including chest, back, shoulders and abdominals. This ensures maximum calorie burn and toning as it hits every area of your body.
The tempo of the music finally slows down as you perform a cool down and complete stretches to reduce muscle soreness and risk of injury.
